Pre-ordered food for 7:30 p.m. on a Tuesday at 4:00 p.m., almost 4 hours before delivery and still the food was half an hour late. 😞 Unfortunately, the punctual delivery service still fails, but the food tastes great! 😅

Delivery times are a disaster ... 3 hour wait. It is very annoying that after 1.5 hours we were told that it would take another 30 minutes. It's okay when there's a lot going on, but between “another 30 minutes” and another 1.5 hours you can't be wrong. As an excuse they wanted to pack a dessert for us, which was probably also forgotten. The day before we had canceled after waiting 2 hours. The food was good on site, we will definitely not order again.

Love the vibe. Lots of vegan options. Friendly staff, love coming here and enjoy a tasty burger in a welcoming atmosphere. I hope you reopen soon so I can get some more of those delicious cocktails one of your super hot tattooed bar tenders is doing. 😍

We ordered around 5:45 p.m. According to the order, delivery should take 40 minutes. We had ordered 3 menus. According to tracking, our food was handed over to the driver for delivery at 6:20 pm. At 7 p.m. the driver called that he was at the door and that we could pick up our food. The citizens were in a paper bag, individually packed in cardboard boxes and now cold, but there is nothing to complain about in terms of taste. Our order was not complete (a soda was missing). We absolutely cannot recommend the delivery. The food and service in the Erfurt restaurant was very good, not to be compared with the delivery. Addendum: After I contacted customer service. Have we received a voucher for a new order? We'll give the delivery another chance, but probably not until next year. ... For customer service 5 *

Instead of a double patty just delivered once. Short, very nice phone call to the shop and WHOLE ORDER was delivered again. I've never seen it before! Thank you! Super tasty on top of that!

Absolutely disorganized and haphazard personnel management. 50 min waiting time for 2 drinks on a Sunday evening - the place is not very busy. Food should also come ... someday Student assistants try to save themselves from work. A uniform appearance of the staff would also be more serious.

We were there on a Thursday evening. Despite the full dining room, nice atmosphere, attentive waiter, delicious cocktails. Price-performance ratio fits. We didn't wait long for the meal. We'd love to come back.

The staff is very friendly, the food is delicious. The restaurant is spacious. The toilets are clean. There is a children's menu.

Finally a Peter Pane also in Erfurt, gives a bit of that big city feeling. The service (I think his name was Anton) was also very accommodating and in a good mood. We had a problem with the order and were given a serving of french fries to compensate. The selection of interesting vegetarian and vegan burgers is especially recommended.

Furnishing unique, benches well, everything else makes up for it. The guys both at the entrance are super warm and funny. Overall, a nice atmosphere that looks like your train station in such large restaurants - but not here! Food was great too!

Very tasty burgers 🍔 There is something for everyone, whether beef, chicken or vegetarian. Everything tastes great. The iced tea and dessert are also delicious 🤤 I also think it's great that there are so many different sauces. The ambience is also great 😍 There is a small deduction for the seating, which is mostly without a back, which becomes a bit uncomfortable in the long run. The waiting time before eating is a bit long at around 1 hour. So not so practical when someone is very hungry. The team is also great 👍🏻 I can only recommend it!

We met Peter Pane in Leipzig and Rostock and had positive experiences, but the team is Erfurt is awesome. Everyone is in a good mood, the food is great and the general store is very clean and well-kept. It's nice that there is a branch in Erfurt, but like everywhere else it depends on the team and that simply deserves a 12/10

Mega delicious food with a super friendly service ...... when she is there. The greeting and first order lasted 30 minutes, when you were about to leave, a hello was thrown over. Then it took another half an hour until the food was finally in place. All this despite the three-quarters empty shop. But the food is mega and the service is otherwise great, so you like to come back again to see if it was a single observation.

The burgers were really tasty and recommended. The service is also super-nice. However, you should "be careful" when asked whether you can tip yourself. When we saw the amount (20%) on the invoice afterwards, we were quite astonished.

We were there 1 week ago, spontaneously, without a reservation. But before the big "dinner rush". We were greeted very nicely, got a nice table and were completely satisfied. There is something for everybody. The burgers are super delicious, whether with meat or as a veggie / vegan variant, which I personally like better ;-) My husband was also very satisfied with his burger. I think the own brands of sauces etc. are particularly great. The service is warm, kind, attentive and will be happy to help and advise you if you have any questions. In short I would always like to make a reservation next time. Great team keep it up.

We came without a reservation so we prepared to have to wait a bit. It was busy that Wednesday evening so a waiter asked us to wait 5 minutes outside before he could give us a table. This turned into 15 minutes, which was still possible. After we ordered, our cocktails came relatively quickly. They were very refreshing and tasted good. Of course we were now looking forward to the meal, for which we unfortunately had to wait over an hour. After we were promised that our food would come soon, it took another 15 minutes. During this time no one came to take up any further drink requests. When our food finally came, which tasted excellent, no one asked whether the food was okay. We asked for the bill and waited a very long time for it. In the end it is a very nice restaurant with good food and good drinks, but not enough staff for the amount of people. It was simply too long for us to sit at the table at 7.45pm and only get our burger and fries shortly after 9pm.

It was the first time and I have to tell you, it was just amazing. The service, just brilliant, attentive, friendly, very refreshing. And the food, indescribably great, very fresh and delicious, even though it was very full, it went very quickly, big compliments to the kitchen. We'll be back very soon, THANK YOU DEAR TEAM, for the loving understanding for our Rudi. See you soon! 🐶

The food, as in every Peter Pane, is very good. The restaurant convinces above all with its furnishings. The typical style elements were combined with the historical conditions of the building and are therefore unique. Only the staff has to get a little bit faster, but since the opening is short, everything is still in order. We would love to come back
